Please note that lot of detailing and hard work goes in making each single piece by our team members from both stitching & embroidery units. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the Product is sold it can be exchanged only one time for replacement and you have to inform us within 48 hours else the goods will be considered sold and no further request will be entertained (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). You can write to us at [email protected] and we will contact you within 48 hours (1-2Days) and guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the items. RETURNS & EXCHANGE- FOR ONLINE ORDER

Once your exchange (only one time exchange request) request has been approved, [email protected] will take care of the pick-up and shipping. You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, traceable method. The cost for the shipping has to be borne by the customer.

We do not offer merchandise exchanges and/or returns on orders shipped internationally.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product. Returned items must be in unworn, unstained condition with tags still on. Items should be neatly folded and returned with all original packaging, price tags and receipt. 

All sales on customized orders are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

[email protected] reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges. As a company policy we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the item is sold they can be exchanged for replacement (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).

Return and exchange of purchased Product(s) shall be carried out by zhgemsandjewellery. comreverse-logistics courier company vendors, which are separate and distinct from [email protected]. Please note that [email protected] shall not be liable for any act(s) and/or omission(s) of such reverse logistics partners. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

What if I have received the product in damaged condition?

If you have received the Product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person or Intimate us of the product. ‘Damage’ does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not offer merchandise exchanges and/or returns on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at info@[email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the order.

ALTERED PRODUCTS       

No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customers

REVERSE PICKUP – SHIPPING COSTS      

Costs of shipping are borne by the customer for exchange request.

DUTIES AND TAXES

[email protected] will deliver your product(s) from our registered office in India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. [email protected] takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
